Moving Stories

Lent 2018 series of 6 studies produced by the London District of the Methodist church on the theme of Migration Stories from the Bible. Each of the six sessions includes a Thought from Wesley, a passage of scripture, a theological discussion and some probing discussion questions. The course may be done in small groups, or be used as the foundation of a service with a larger congregation, at any point in the year (for example, Lent).

Faith Pictures

Subtitled ‘A fresh way to talk about things that matter’, this is an excellently produced small group resource produced by the Church Army. There are 6 sessions. You can download the leaders notes, session notes, video and takeaway sheets for the first session to get a feel for the materials.

New Alpha

The Alpha course has been around for over 20 years and has proved a great introduction to the Christian faith for those seeking to learn about Christianity and those who already have a faith. There is now a new series of videos filmed in different ways which bring the course up to date.
